On Friday, our high school journalism class issued our first newspaper to the school. I was really excited to see people reading it and then coming and talking to him on what they would lke to see in the newspaper for the future. People were even suggesting putting a comic strip on the newspaper to keep people entertained as they make their way through the newspaper. I was really enjoying the input people put into for the newspaper, which showed that they were really interested in what stories and sections go into it.

i agree!..the newspaper does need a little comic strip just for laughs..you could even call it "just for laughs" and put a couple comical cartoons in there..nothing major..i also think you should add the weekly weather so students have an idea of what they sould bring and/or wear to school the next day because alot of students dont watch the news..
